This former service station at Noosa Heads had recently ceased operating when the new owner needed it removed from the Environmental Management Register. Although happy with their previous environmental consultant, we offered a compelling service that integrated all required civil contractor and remediation inputs to rapidly understand, communicate options, and remove the development roadblock. Even with four large underground fuels tanks and associated infrastructure located on challenging sloping land we were able to achieve EMR removal within the allocated time and budget.
